Before Production
If you cancel your order before aligner production has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any assessment or clinical planning fees already incurred.
After Production
Once custom aligners have been manufactured to your specifications, orders are generally non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the product.
Defective Products
If you receive defective or damaged aligners, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost after verification.
